Made me worse
Bought on the recommendation of my GP, but after one use on one nostril I experienced pain that ran down all the way into my throat. My tonsil is still painful on that side weeks later.

A Compelling Read So Far
Any book about this missionary and exploration hero is worth reading. As far as I have read, the book gives interesting insight and does not try to paint Dr Livingstone as an infallible saint, but rather a normal but precocious man that God used in an extraordinary way.
