  THIS CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED THAT THE DEAL WAS COLLECTION BY PURCHASER. SHE SENT A COMPANY TO COLLECT WHO WAS INFORMED IT WAS A SMALL ITEAM. DUE TO SIZE HE REFUSED TO COLLECT AS HE DIDNT HAVE ROOM IN HIS CAR. VERY DIFFICULT CUSTOMER AND TIME WASTER. SORRY FOR ANYONE IN THE FUTURE HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS LADY.
