    Received a faulty DeWalt drill. Instead of owning the issue, the seller accused me of swapping it out before even receiving the return. Completely dishonest and unprofessional. I had no choice but to buy a new one elsewhere. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Avoid this seller at all costs.

easy to load, robust, good value
This is a light weight plastic product, which is strong enough for the job, easy to load the tape and with adjustment of the tape tension if necessary. very good value recommended.
