ROBERTS DREAMTIME DAB/FM RDS Digital Clock Radio Black

Nice Clock Radio. Easy To Use In The Dark.
I bought this to replace my old one that I'd had for many years as the headphone socket stopped working.
I looked to by a new replacement, however I could find nothing at a reasonable price that was as ergonomic in use.
I love the way the buttons are laid out in two separate columns and it is easy to feel each individual button. This makes it very easy to select preset stations and operate the sleep timer in the dark.
The sound is nice and clear for speech, however the small speaker is not so good for music.
There are two alarms which have various day options.
The DAB reception is good. I can't comment on FM as I don't use it.
AKG WMS40 Mini Single Instrument Set Wireless Guitar System - ISM1 (863.100 MHz)

Good Value For Money
I've used this with my active bass twice at rehearsals and it worked well. I think it might be sucking a bit of low end tone, however I have not yet made direct comparisons using my old lead. I still get a good sound, so I will continue to use it.
The transmitter feels a little flimsy, so care must be taken with it. I would prefer it to have a standard 1/4" socket rather than the mini BNC connector, as the supplied lead is a bit to long for me. I'd prefer to use a shorter lead. The BNC connected does however feel very sturdy.
My bands guitarist also uses one of these, and his guitar sounds great. A word of warning: these units are single channel only, however there are four different frequencies available. If more then one band member is using these, make sure they all have different 'ISM' numbers. we use 1 and 3.

The cost of this macro lens makes Canon and Nikon users very jealous!
This is another one of those plastic fantastic lens. To be honest, I'd think twice about paying £160 for it, however when I saw it in Jessops for £120 I was interested. Unfortunately this offer expired before I could jump in. The great news is that I picked up a nearly new lens on eBay for £90 incl. P&P. Well worth that.
This is a great lens for those mystery shots. My best pic so far are of two pepper corns. They look so large and sharp, no one knows what they are.
This is also a relatively fast lens when compared to the zooms which we're now all used to. This makes it a useful addition if you're into low light photography, although the 1.8 would be a better choice if you're not bothered about the macro function. Give me macro anytime.
I hope this helps.
Peace and love
