4 of 4 found this helpful what a great bargain.came just like a brand new tv.still in original packaging.completely unmarked.picture quality is second to none.i thought it might have been easier to log on to the internet.its not difficult but i find it more conveniant to use my laptop.i had my doubts about buying refurbed goods but this item dispelled all doubts.4k technology in a superb looking tv and great sound from the built in twin speakers.no need for a sound bar and a great price.thanks.my only regret is the screen size because although this tv is two inches bigger than my old tv,when inplace on the wall it seems so much smaller because there is no frame around the screen.a 48inch or 50 inch would have taken up the same space.bear this in mind lol.hope this helps
