Good Covering Properties
2 of 2 found this helpful I have read reviews where the buyers complained that the treatment is not clear; it is yellow. There is a difference between clear and colourless.
I have own a 27-year-old Saab 900 Turbo for the past 24 years and it was time to carry out a little TLC over the winter months. I've previously used Waxoyl but the more competitive price of Tetroseal swayed me into giving it a try and I found ebay much cheaper than my local motoring shop, even including p&p. I found it to be an excellent product. For spraying into door panels etc, I thinned it with about 25% white spirit and immersed the pump reservoir in a bucket of boiling water to dissolve the wax but it still came out quite thick. Where I had brushed it on (mainly suspension and running gear) and could see the final result after the drying process, it had left a think skin resembling candle wax. I'm sure this will withstand the British climate for a good while.

A Couple of Pounds Well Spent
After changing from Windows 7 to 10, the card reader on my desktop PC would no longer import photographs. I tried the fixes recommended on the various forums, but without success. Local repairers quoted in the region of £60 for a call-out but there was no guarantee of a fix, as it was possible a compatible driver may not have been available. Before going down that route, I thought I would try a USB adapter to see if that would work. It does, though it's not as good as the old system on Windows 7 when new photographs were recognised and imported into a new folder. Via the USB socket, I have to select only the photographs I want to import. This is no great issue but why do 'improvements' to operating systems create so much aggravation.

Just the job
I bought two pairs of these hinges for adjacent doors on a kitchen corner unit. The doors always had a looseness with the original hinges, despite them being screwed tight and correctly adjusted. The new hinges are superb. They have a good, solid feel about them and a very smooth action. The doors are now very stable and the unit feels brand new.
