Much easier than collets!

I really had high hopes for this device!
It looks good it was well packed but when I try to use it the model got hotter and hotter and hotter there was no output and after a lot of trying I had to admit that this device just did not work. So please guys it would be really nice if you refunded me because I have a small plastic device that is useless.
