  I purchased this "table runner" from the seller knowing that it was just the top to a quilt. No mention was made of the frayed edges. She called it a table runner--it was not in the least way ready to be placed on a table. I tried 2 different times to tell her this with no luck. She said it was noted that there were no returns. I can understand her policy if the conditions of the edges was noted or identified in a picture--I don't sew so this purchase is worthless to me. Not happy at all!!
