  At first I was given a wrong tracking number which said my item had been delivered I contacted the seller and they were going to send another product out, today DPD have delivered my item and said they had trouble finding the address as my flat number was not on the box label so everything is fine. product as described excellent value can recommend the seller

  Very POOR seller, with no reply to message. Selling product that is NOT as described. a weaker solution than shown in listing. which states 20ml per litre in listing but bottle received states 30ml per litre so 50% weaker. Be very wary of the description on this sellers listing. See photos.

  Very poor seller. I asked seller to provide delivery information and was told that the item was posted to me (untracked) 5 days after purchase. No details of courier company provided. 4 days later seller states item has been lost and I am getting a “goodwill gesture” of a refund. What a waste of time. I definitely would not recommend this seller.
