- a***s (29)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseVery recommended seller, but the shipping varies a lot, in my case I bought two Dell R710 servers and UPS retained one of them in customs for almost two weeks, on the other hand, I called the shop to request some paperwork for the dispatch of the package and I was attended by a very nice guy who told me that soon I would send the necessary documents, but never responded, however his partner Tara responded, The first server arrived in one week and the second in more than two weeks.Recommended.

It failed after one day and I contacted seller and went through return process. I requested a replacement rather than reimbursement. The communication with seller was excellent and a replacement arrived quickly again. The laptop is really well refurbished and my granddaughter loves it. Thanks for great customer service.

He quickly arranged for an even better, and better spec server chasis as replacement which arrived this morning. No excuses, No time wasting - simply eager to address the issue and resolve it satisfactorily.
