OBD scanner works with Toyota Estima 2000/01(Japanese import)
3 of 3 found this helpful This is the only OBD scanner that works with Toyota Estima ACR30/40 at a reasonable price. You may need to try a few times to get it work, but this reader differently works with my Toyota Estima 2001 2.4 (Japanese import).
In the past, I purchased a few other tools, but all failed to communicate with ECU (usually, all warning lights on the dash start flashing, and get communication error). Before trying more expensive options (like £200-300), I decided to try this one because of the another review (the first one, saying Jap import 2002 Toyota, which must be similar car to mine. Thank you, Jessie).

Best solution for steering wheel control with aftermarket unit
Easy to install with clear instruction. I needed to buy another adaptor as my unit is from Parrot, but it works very well. I am actually impressed.
