    Beware this seller! They charge for tracked postage, but do not use it, so, when a purchase does not arrive, they have no proof of delivery. They refused to refund me, despite an exchange of more than 20 messages, so eBay had to step in and refund my money. They seem to forget that Ebay are willing to help genuine honest buyers, regardless of any disclaimers a less-than-honest seller may make.

    Buyer took 4 weeks to report so called non delivery but Royal Mail using reference number on proof of posting confirmed parcel delivered three days after posting. Ebay did not consult me for information before refunding money. Who has the puzzle now ?

    The seller was unable to prove the item had been delivered, and it was still showing as such in the order details. I expect that was why eBay did not need any further evidence. EBay provide a simple tracked postage system for sellers, but this one preferred to bypass it and save money, which was a big mistake.
