Perfect for Heavy Rock Music
4 of 4 found this helpful I tried other headphones that were a lot more expensive than the ATH-M50x and none of them rocked like these. The bass response is outstanding and the treble is perfect for rock music. If you are into loud rock music, don't be fooled by the headphones with high impedance. The ATH's are what you need. Just two caveats. One, you need the power to really make them sing whether that's a powerful home receiver (preferably the old school 2 channel variety) or a strong headphone amp that requires its own power supply. Two, these are for home use only.

Legendary Hard Rock Release
The remastering is great and the bonus track is an unexpected cover. This is still an incredible hard rock diamond. Corabi at his best and the inside story as told by John about his departure from The Scream for Motley is insightful.
