Opened a return case, then claimed account permanently suspended and would only message off ebay. Refused to return item. Obtained my number from returns label and left voicemail on day of return collection saying he won't return, but has kept the return open on ebay and is still seeking the refund. Claims to ebay to have returned it but no tracking evidence or use of return label. Buyer reported to ebay with evidence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE!!

light weight yes , but total JUNK
1 of 1 found this helpful it was faulty I could not get it to print from my computer I had to send it back to currys, as for the screen on the printer I had to use a magafine glasss to read it and that was using my glasses as well to sum it up I would not recommend it to anybody
