  The card was sold, payment completed, and then refunded by the seller. I’m guessing they got offered more money AFTER my transaction was completed, VERY UNETHICAL. Also, ZERO communication from the seller on why this occurred. I’ve never had this happen on EBay before and still don’t know what to think about the transaction. Once sold and paid for, it should’ve been a done deal. The seller not reaching out personally just made it worse.
