Looks/works as described
Came from Canada so it took a little under a week to get to me, but they shipped right away. The whole strut assembly was put together so I was able to take all four of the old ones off and put these on in about an hour. Did not come with the lower bolts/nuts and only the fronts came with the top nuts. The rears did come with the brake fluid hose clips and the fronts came with the brake fluid hose/abs wire retaining bolts.
In terms of quality, they all appear to be in good condition. I've only had them in for a day but they aren't making any noise but the ride is as expected (somewhat firm, absorbs a lot of bumps, and bigger bumps/potholes are diminished significantly). I came from coilovers where it felt like I was riding in rails and every single little bump was a spinal readjustment so take that into consideration. To me, these are like pillows.
Height was increased for me, but from stock these will drop it a bit. See pics for expected ride height on 2002 WRX.

Works perfectly
No issues, fixed the problem I was having with my furnace. Even though it said open box everything was still sealed when I got it.
