Excellent!
I've tried a few different simulators and I like this one the best so far. It does seem as realistic as you can expect a computer simulator to be. And while I've only flown real R.C. airplanes a handful of times the things the simulator will teach you is orientation and stick management (not banging the sticks around all over the place). With the swap pages on the Knife Edge website you'll never want for new models to fly, or you can design your own!
Definitely worth the investment.

Actually, I really like a few of the Cabella's titles
I haven't played a lot of the "Story Mode" portion yet, but my girlfriend and I have played the ample arcade shooter like "Galleries" sections for hours. You can open up a ton of them by doing well in previous sections both in the "Galleries" section as well as "Story Mode"
We got our copy of D.H. 2011 and Cabella's African Adventures both for under $10 each and they were well worth it!

Excellent beginner quad!
My girlfriend and I have been dabbling in RC for the last year or two and have purchased several smaller sized RC helis, planes, and quads. The Syma X5SW is one of the best products we've purchased. It is hyper stable in the air, and flies on rails. It will go exactly where you point it, recovers well if you bump something or crash, and gets a little under 10 minutes per battery. All in all it's the favorite quad we've purchased so far.
