    Worked great for me!

    Great for SFF computers.
I used this fan to replace the main CPU fan in a Dell Optiplex 780 SFF and it works great. The factory fan never increased its speed when the CPU started to get hot and would allow the CPU to overheat, so I installed this fan with the temperature probe stuck into the fins of the heatsink near the heatpipe, and it keeps the CPU well within operating temperature. It's as quiet as can be expected, but it does have to move a good amount of air to keep the CPU cool. I have used more than a few Arctic fans, and they've all been excellent.

    Cool little unit.
Something that's not mentioned in the listing is that the temperature sensor only affects FAN1, the speed of FAN2 and FAN3 are manually set by the potentiometers on the PCB. I only need to control one fan, so that's not an issue for me. I'd give this 5 stars if the wires for the temperature sensor were longer, or if it were left un-terminated and had a terminal block on the PCB for connection. Also, I'm not sure why the buzzer wasn't simply soldered to the PCB, the way it dangles around is kind of annoying. Anyway, it's a good little controller overall, nicely made.
