Not as good as I thought
1 of 1 found this helpful Babel was an ok film, however from the reviews it got not what I expected. It addressed some very serious issues and had some interesting plot twists but it was to scattered and frantic. It lacked cohesiveness to me. Not a complete waste of money, I mean the acting was great especially the little kid but I dont know if I had to do it all over I would buy it.

Recommend for all new managers and supervisors
Great book for leaders at all levels, wheter you are a team lead, first line supervisors, or senior level executives. It teaches you how to quickly assess an organization to determine the best course of action and get to a positive net contribution as quickly as possible.

A Must Read For Any Great Leader or Leader in Training
2 of 2 found this helpful I really have to say I loved this book. It gives leaders in the making a good solid foundation to build on and it reminds great leaders about what they need to remember to stay great.
The book is written in a manner that it makes it easy to understand and relate too. Readers are given what the law is, an example of how it was or wasn't used in real life, and then an example from Maxwell's on life. The only drawback to the way it is written is that the stories about Maxwell's life are not in order so he uses and example from his life whenever it is appropriate to the law he is talking about in that chapter. So he goes back and forth a lot in his own life but it was still easy to understand to me.
I have recommended this book to all my friends and would recommend it to anybody who has dreams of being a great leader. This book is definitely a great foundation on your lifelong journey.
