Nothing like a show about 20 years ago....

This is a series that's best watched 20 years later, as things like "dial up" are so archaic they are just laughable these days. The story telling isn't great for every episode, but the family dynamic is rare for most series television, the hero usually is divorced, estranged from their kid(s), so Frank's reasonably decent homelife I liked. Even though the series is filmed in Vancouver, I as someone born in seattle, I think BC captures the seattle that I grew up in, and not the antifastan it's become over the years.

So good I bought a metal detector....

This show is so simple, yet so wonderful, the little jokes, the Simon and Garfunkel references, still get a chuckle. I wish there could be a season 4, maybe there will be. One of the rare shows that doesn't have a dead body per week, so sit back, and enjoy.

Asylum and Uwe Boll could do better.

All that talent and they couldn't hit a fish in a bucket full of fish. This movie was just insulting to people who love to be entertained. From wooden phoned in performances, to a script that was designed to act like a smile on their face is all they needed to do. What was worse was the lack of comprehending from the cast to not see how bad they did when they made this garbage.
