Proudly serving the community of East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire since 1987, we are a charity providing complex, specialist palliative and end-of-life care for people with a life-limiting condition, aged 16 years and over, as well as vital support for their families. Last year, we provided outstanding care to 3,000 people with every sale made on our EBAY site directly supporting our work.
