Disappointed with the OtterBox Preserver

The light gray color ear piece and speakers are constructed out of some mesh type, metallic material which causes the sound to be very tinny. Also, not seen by the picture, are two rubber covers. One for the headphone port and the other for the charging port.. They both work very well for protection but they tend to pop-out easily. I have already lost them twice but decided to just remove both of them which defeats the purpose of having them for water protection. I have not tested it for water protection because I am not wanting to submerge my phone.
