    The seller didn't put enough postage so the item was sent to the delivery office 40 minutes away. Had to go and collect and pay extra £3.20 postage, the seller felt it right to refund the £3.20. I expected a greater gesture to be honest bearing in mind we paid postage to have them delivered to our address, not waste over an hour and half to get the shoes. Hey ho, you live and learn
