Works effectively
I used this on part of a carpet and on upholstery. It worked well and is easy and quick to use. It also cleaned the grubby arms (nylon fabric) on a folding camping chair.

No more wi-fi interference!
I've been using a similar product for several years, to send the output of a Humax Freeview recorder to my kitchen TV, which has no aerial. Although it worked ok, this older model was affected by my wifi and reduced its range, so I usually turned the modem off while watching in the kitchen. The TV signal in the kitchen was also seriously affected when the microwave oven was running.
With this new model, all these problems have been eliminated. I can leave the modem on as there is no more interference. What's more, using the microwave has no effect whatsover, which is a real bonus as the manufacturer didn't claim this.
In my set up, the transmitter and the receiver are about 8 metres apart, with one internal wall between them. The microwave oven is not directly between them but is about 2 metres from the receiver.
The instructions are very clear and the components are clearly labelled, so setting up was straightforward and it worked straight away.
My Humax records in HD and my main TV is HD. The Humax automatically converts HD recordings to SD for the scart output socket, making the signal compatible with this transmitter system and my kitchen TV.
I wish I'd bought this product earlier!
