We are The TEB Trading Company.
T, E, and B are our cats, and dog.
We are not a large conglomerate, or mega company.
We are not even a medium company... but we do dream of it.
No, we are just one of live's wee guys.
A little company with a big heart.
Loads of care and attention goes into every single order,
and, as we are just a wee company, we can take great care of you,
and every other customer who gives us their trust to take care of them.
And take care is just what we do.
The company consists of me - the "brains" behind the operation (God Help Us!),
and my wife - the soul of the company - and the person who finds, and packs all the orders,
with an eye for detail, and excellent work ethic.
We invest every single penny into taking care of our menagerie, and trying to buy a new kitchen.
(Our kitchen is awful!)

Item arrived on time and as described. There was a minor issue with the transit and the seller immediately gave me a partial refund which is great.

I had to refund over half the value of the order, due to some scumbag ripping open the envelope, and stealing over half the contents, in transit. We are all now on the lookout for a guitar playing postal employee. Please report to eBay any posties that whistle "Stairway to Heaven", or other guitar classics. I hope they break all their strings, and lose the picks down the back of their sofas.

Horrible service, the remote came broken. Did not show me how to return the items. Absolutely shocking behaviour. When I asked some questions, the seller was saying I was harassing him. All I wanted was my moneys worth. Do. Not buy from this seller, very rude and rubbish customer service

This is utter rubbish.The buyer broke the remote after replacing batteries.The item was sent 100% undamaged, and battery compartment was fine.After breaking it, the buyer demanded attention with multiple messages 10 minutes apart, screaming for a refund.I refused to accept the return - it was not our fault he damaged the item.We told him to stop sending so many messages all at once.He kicked off, and threatened me with a bad review unless I accepted the return.AVOID THIS BUYER.Bonkers.
