Great little vacuum cleaner with a relatively small footprint
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a very powerful vacuum cleaner with a relatively small footprint... and a bucket load of suction. Tooling up for cleaning stairs requires a few more steps than most people would like, but its suction more than makes up for it. This is equally as powerful as a Dyson, in terms of suction, and it's a genuinely impressive vacuum cleaner all round. There is a manual selector for hard floor/soft carpet types, so it doesn't have the electronic brain of a Sebo, for example, but it also means there is less to go wrong. Emptying is no different to any other cyclone vacuum cleaner so, if it's filled with lots of pet hair, it can get stuck in the waste cannister. Overall, very pleasantly surprised with this vacuum cleaner.

Top Tier Water Filtration System
This is, without a doubt, one of the best investments I've made this last year. I won't even begin to compare it with the popular mainstream water filter brand, as the latter simply can't compete with this beautiful piece of engineering. This is a very robust, top-tier water filtration system that will not only last a lifetime but provides water as close to distilled and/or reverse osmosis that you can possibly get without actually going down that route, especially when the Fluoride-Limescale filter is used.
The filters are incredibly easy to prime and/or replace and will provide well over 2000ltrs of water from one filter, making it cheap on a cost per litre basis, and especially so for the peace of mind drinking purer water brings. The housing is made from 316 stainless steel and the water level indicator is an absolute godsend, as it gives you a clearly visible indicator of how much water is in the tank and/or if it needs topping up. The tap's spring loaded design is such that it can accurately dispense, according to need, or be left in a locked open position to drain the entire contents of the reservoir without having to remain present. It may only be a small thing, but the tap is delightfully tactile, and perhaps more so when you know how much you're going to enjoy the water it delivers.
Whilst the initial cost may make some hesitant to press the "buy it now" button, it's my personal belief that this water filter is worth every single penny of its initial investment. I'm also pretty confident, with minimal servicing, that the filter unit I purchased will certainly outlive me!
I honestly can't praise this product enough because it has been truly life changing for me.

As good as the Iron Woody and Ivanko Super Gripper
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased one of these as a cheap spare to go with my Iron Woody gripper, as I prefer knurled grips to the more slippery handles of the Ivanko Super Gripper. The Henchgrip is a very decent gripper, with pretty much even tension across it's entire movement range. Changing the spring positions is minimal faff and the poundages claimed, when compared with CoC's 1, 1.5 & 2 are comparable from the subjective testing I've carried out. The most important aspect of the gripper is that it affords the user a means to incrementally progress their grip strength, so exact poundages are secondary to its primary function (and are more of a general guide to progress anyway).
The knurled aluminium handles don't have quite the polished finish as an Iron Woody (e.g. a few burrs on the handle cut outs), but this in no way detracts from the gripper's performance, as these burrs do not make contact with the skin of the palm and fingers. The frame is very sturdy and, whilst I suspect it's been cast, rather than extruded, there doesn't appear to be any defects that would cause it to break easily when under tension. There are no sharp edges on the frame, and this helps to minimise the risks of stress induced breakages further.
As an owner of a wide variety of grip exercisers, this gripper does exactly what it says on the tin and was a bit of a bargain as far as adjustable grippers go. For less than £20, it easily holds its own against grippers that cost more than double that amount, in my humble opinion.
