Effective but needs patience
Firstly let me say that this product works. The windscreen on my car was badly marked by the wiper blades. All the marks have now gone. However, to polish the entire windscreen you really need more than the 50ml of compound supplied. I had to use it extremely sparingly with a lot of water to prevent overheating the glass. This meant that the job took much longer than I realised. In my case 5 hours! Still, it was 5 hours of time versus £400 for a new screen and I consider that it was worth it. If I were to do it again I would buy a larger quantity of the dry powder and make up my own slurry.

An easy read at bedtime
This is an easy read but it isn't strictly speaking a story. It is almost a travel book, focusing on the towns and villages on the Thames in the late 19th century but with a fictitious tale running through it. In addition there are a number of occasions when the author's mind wanders off to other, rather unrelated, things. Sometimes these are interesting and at other times less so. It's mildly amusing in places and pleasant to read at the end of the day when one just wants to relax. It's not the kind of book that you find hard to put down. On the contrary, it can be picked up, dipped into and put down again as the fancy takes you.

Good sound insulation but will not fit the larger head
These ear defenders provide good sound insulation and are comfortable to wear. However, I had to extend the head strap to its maximum in order for the cups to cover my ears. If your head is on the larger side, these defenders will not fit you.
