Quite simply wrong shape and size!

I was totally dismayed to find they were short and a bad fit around the side windows and the windscreen one was too narrow, leaving big gaps at each end. Also some of the suckers didn't stick even after the warm water treatment. Some were too loose in their mounting ferrules, causing the blinds to fall off their suckers and away from the windows. Some were extremely tight in their mounting ferrules, causing the ferrules to turn in the material during fitment. Not good at all!

Useful little devices

At first they were a little smaller than I expected, as I was used to the similar ideas from the 70's & 80's. However upon examination I think they will perform admirably. I bought more than I needed "to have a couple of spares" which of course helped with the price. I have already found alternative uses for the spares, such as to hold my workshop doors open against the wind, and of course, a simple touch of a button releases them whilst I have a good hold on them. Also the finish is good and looks like it will last for a while. So, whatever use you can find for them, I would recommend these useful little devices.
