Product was pretty off

I usually buy this product from Pharmapacks, but since this was a better price for 2 of them I decided to buy them here. The one I usually buy has a white color and fresh smell, this one was an off white/beige color and smelled every chemical-like. After using it for a few weeks, it broke me out (which has never happened until now). I also looked at other places where they're being sold (specifically Amazon) and found that some other people had a similar issue with possible fakes of this product being sold.
