Comical Sci Fi blunderings

There are 4 discs in this Season / Volume 15 episodes total (3 episodes on the last disc). If you are looking for a classic, this is one in line with shows like Gilligans Island, I Dream of Jeannie, Bewitched, etc... campy fun Sci Fi romps making you want to beat Dr. Smith and ask yourself just how gullible a robot could be.

A good first look into the Series idea is Season 1 & 2

I always thought they did a great job with the first two seasons. I think things went south (as many suggest) when they killed off the Professor. I think it became less tenable (did I spell that right) when they introduced Quinns brother as well. Season 1 and 2 I think is worth the look into ownership of Sliders if you never saw the series. Or go to Hulu, its likely on there, and see if you want to own the entire series.

Great series and value but...

The entire series is great and it was a great deal for the price at about $2 a DVD. However my copy of Season 3 episode 5 begins playing immediately in Spanish. Season 4 episodes 6, 9, & 24 start playing in French. The language selections are all mixed up and not as indicated but luckily all languages are there. I was able to select Spanish to hear the English version and French for the English version. This problem appears to be a manufacturing flaw. All DVD's play normally otherwise. Despite this minor inconvenience this purchase was well worth the cost.
