    Despite requesting for the item to be well packaged for transit as it was a hardback book and knowing how the Royall Mail handle things , this was ignored , and so an item that was listed "as new" arrived damaged. I contacted the seller on receipt but this was ignored as well. This is the second time a hardback book has been posted out from this seller with insufficient packaging that I have received with damage.
