Works for my gout.
If I catch it early (at that dull ache stage) then this actually stops a gout attack, for me anyway. an absolute godsend. Once the pain has properly kicked in it makes little difference but early on and it stops the swelling and the pain never really gets going properly. Several people I know have tried it on arthritis an say it doesn't help any more than cheap ibuprofen pills.

Quite drinkable and results make it well worth it for me.
Significant results in keeping my blood glucose down. Not unpleasant to drink, works cold watered down and with added lemon for hotter days.
