  Now the scammer is saying he refunded me the money I paid for the watch. That would be news to me if it were true. So far I can not see that I was refunded anything. Ebay please let me know should I be refunded.

  He is damaging my character by calling me a fraud. I have never committed any fraud against him. Even though I have returned the money to him, he has reacted in a way that harms my character with the intention of gaining ground. I reject his actions and request to remove this negative feedback.
