  Still hasn’t been delivered and gone past the date they said it would be delivered (27th was meant to be the latest delivery and it is now the 30th still nothing not even sent out for delivery.when I contacted the seller they didn’t apologise just said it’s been dispatched , that is it! Very rude and not helpful, false advertising as it didn’t get delivered on the day they said it would be delivered by I will not be buying from these again, terrible service

  Wrong item sent so I contacted the seller. They kindly offered to let us keep the incorrect item and promised to send the correct one. Had to chase twice more but heard nothing until I received a refund with no further communication. Happy to have had the refund but disappointed the seller just blanked me.
