I think you made some situational erroneous inferences (1) the package was promptly sent (2) the package was in a sealed box with 3 bands of industrial strength duct tape (3) I communicated with the customer about the situation but they chose to have a negative attitude and a predisposition to blame the seller for circumstances beyond their control. (4) I gave a two week period of delivery but Evri either damaged the package at drop off or in transit (negligence).

Although we welcome negative feedback, stating things which are untrue or false due to your disappointment. eBay prevents an item's cancellation if there are bids within 24 hours of the closing time as we explained.
We provided full information and promptly refunded - bad practice would be to have ignored the item and allow you to wait for a package which would never arrived.
