  Hi there, I think you made some situational erroneous inferences (1) the package was promptly sent (2) the package was in a sealed box with 3 bands of industrial strength duct tape (3) I communicated with the customer about the situation but they chose to have a negative attitude and a predisposition to blame the seller for circumstances beyond their control. (4) I gave a two week period of delivery but Evri either damaged the package at drop off or in transit (negligence).
