The Right Ink for the Right Printer
It is what it's supposed to be! You have to buy the right ink for the right printer. I prefer the real Canon product - whether a cheaper replacement works is hit or miss. Often a Canon printer recognizes the difference and won't function with anything but genuine Canon ink.

Great Temporary Relief
I've had this product only a short time, but I like it a lot. While I wait for a diagnosis from a spine specialist, I'm able to temporarily reduce the pain in my neck and shoulder and get to sleep. I like that I can set it for different time periods. It comes with an accupuncture diagram, and it may be that repeated use will give long-term help, but the nature of my condition makes it doubtful. I expect to use it for other aches in the future - it's nice to know I can find relief.

This is gonna cost!
The remote works fine, though it arrived with the little black lever that removes the key in pieces in the bag. HOWEVER, be advised that it's impossible to program the remote by yourself. I tried all the mumbo-jumbo techniques on the internet, even did three umbrella steps, but you need an auto locksmith to use his equipment to program it. And it really costs! Find out how much before you bring him to your home, maybe even before you by the remote.
