  Excellent EBay seller, would recommend. Very fast returns and refunds. I ordered a panel heater but it arrived damaged, was slightly bent. I initiated a return. The courier came to collect it the next day and I received a refund two days later, no questions asked. The product is very good value. I didn’t order a replacement because I realised I needed a separate thermostat not an inbuilt one, otherwise would recommend the product.
