Seller refused to let me return a watch strap that arrived broken, he outright called me a liar and said that I had broken the item. I raised a case with eBay and with proof of pictures, I was able to get a refund. No doubt he will concoct some story about how it was fine when he sent the item, the item arrived loose in the box, it wasn't padded to stop it from rolling around and it wasn't under the elastic retainers either. He has insulted me profusely (I returned fire).

Opinions are like arse holes. Everyone has one. What the seller failed to mention was eBay found I wasn’t at fault and eBay refunded in full at no cost to me.

Amazing Box Set

What can one say about this box set other than i love the wooden crate that it comes displayed in. Many hours of DvDs to watch and at a great price. Dont you just love it when a plan comes together.

Disappointed

Having purchased this product I decided to change the battery to a Duracell AAA has the motor kept on wanting to stop thus affecting the use of this product We will see how it fares in a few days but it's not looking good and the likelihood is it will have to be returned due to not fit for purpose
