I am pleased with my heated neck/shoulder massager as it is firm and kneads the muscles well.

I am pleased with my heated neck/shoulder massager as it is firm and kneads the muscles well. I think it is good value for money and a suitable product during the pandemic when I cannot see my regular massage therapist. It's not top of the range as the heating isn't hot; moreover, I would have liked some straps to secure the device to my legs, but it is a good product!
