Don’t dodge it!
A really enjoyable psychedelic novel with hints of Neil Gaiman’s American Gods and Jim Dodge’s Stone Junction.

Great set from a great songwriter
Fantastic collection of live and alternative versions of classics and rarities from across Richard Thompson's long career spread over 5 discs. Perhaps not the best introduction for someone just discovering him but a real necessity for anyone who considers themselves a fan! If you can find it, there was a very limited 6th CD, only available to the first 1000 or so people who sent off for it on release, that's also worth a listen, featuring a few more rarities and some great covers from the likes of Martin Carthy and Elvis Costello amongst others.
