Cheap and cheerful, but they work
First, they do what they are intended to do. they hold your number plate firmly. Buuut, they aren't perfectly formed. I had to fasten the backing plate at an angle because the clips weren't square to the plate. So, if you want a well engineered item, this ain't it. But, if you want a cheap pair of clips that do the job, albeit a bit wonky, these are fine.

Every bit as good as the Stein strop for half the price
These are almost identical in construction to the Stein soft lanyard, same snap hook really (ISC make the Stein one) with same grade of rope, only difference really is no sewn termination, so you need to tie it off or attach something to prevent it pulling through your rope grab/prussik. Well worth the money.
