failing units

i purchased seven of these items of which two failed to work and i informed you of this and had no reply, but because i need them i purchased another two to replace the defective ones and now another one has stopped working. i am very disappointed at the reliability of these units and the fact that you did not reply to my first request, Keith Lawley
