Poor quality
Very disappoint lasted maybe 3 months. Great idea ended up with a different kind that worked better.

Excellent product and brand
I’ve used this for a few yrs to manage stress and anxiety with methylated b complex. Sometimes a second dose is needed but it’s usually one and very effective. Dr Mercola mentioned it in a article so I gave it a try and it’s better than most brands. It’s good based ....basil/tulsi absorbs well no side effects so far.
