Really useful little clips
So useful for holding layers together for hand sewing, or marking hems, or just holding small pattern pieces safe till you need them. Also can be used to make decorated hair clips - great value item 😊

A cracking read
A fascinating insight into two completely separate lives within the same lifetime. From the nursery with Nanny, to Eton, to Army, to agricultural college, to successful farmer - then starting all over to qualify as a nurse with a new body, and a whole different set of challenges, in a different social set altogether. Funny, sad at times, very thought provoking, but never dull - the author narrates the experiences totally objectively without trying to elicit sympathy, and is all the more endearing for doing so. I’d highly recommend the book - and was actually sad to get the end. A truly remarkable character.

Ideal easy cookbook
Lots of ideas for vegetarian meals that don’t require expensive ingredients or difficult preparation methods. Ideal as a starter level book.
