Seller was extremely helpful with my item as it seemed to take a while getting delivered by royal mail even though they paid for 48 hour, I asked any questions and they immediately answered with helpful responses. Bad product

I received these worms, 5-6 days late, but inside the poor packaging (that contained the sticker of 'live insects inside', I asked to be removed), was 5 plastic tubs, all broken, and loose worms all inside the bag, out of 250, about 9 survived. No food inside the tubs, just tubs of stinking remains and black worms. Awful packaging.
