The seller doesn’t respond to messages, only posts when you raise an official case with eBay, seems to be a trending theme with this seller and uses similar excuses throughout. I am an empathetic person but adults should take responsibility at all time for actions don’t just take money and ignore. Summer was over when item arrived and useless

Item was paid for on June 4 and was supposed to be sent via tracked courier with a delivery window of June 6-10. It wasn't actually shipped out until June 13 only after I inquired on June 12 about why the tracking number wasn't provided and why the item hadn't been delivered by June 10. Was actually sent via Royal Mail with no tracking. Item arrived on June 17 in a box that was too small to provide adequate protection during transit. Seller slow to respond to messages. Overall a poor experience.

This is a beautiful book with detailed instructions to help you create a wide range of paper flowers. The results are realistic, and the projects are excellent , I love the oversized flower wall piece, so dramatic! Money well spent.

Eve Lom cleanser

This is a high quality product and it is fantastic! This product is a wash off cleanser . It smells amazing, a bit like cloves , very nice to wake you up in the morning. The consistency is slightly grainy which exfoliates dead skin cells, the cream is slightly oily which is moisturising. It leaves your skin feeling clean not tight and has not made my sensitive skin flare up. I would buy this again , especially off eBay as I got a great bargain last time.

Looks ugly, smells gorgeous!

I must admit that I was cautious to use this face wash. It looked so ugly! Was I really going to put that on my face? The small amount I used soon produced a large amount of beautifully fragranced bubbles. The product also has a pleasant tingle as it is being used. It left my skin feeling clean and fresh, not tight and uncomfortable. I would definitely buy this again and have recommended this to family and friends.
