    Sold me a COMPLETELY dead iPod. Shipped it in a plain envelope - no protection. It arrives and NOT even 1 part works on the device. I return it because in no way was the auction description accurate. Then the seller accuses me of sending back a different iPod. HELLO - it's the same serial number. BTW I have over 1000 eBay transactions with 100% positive feedback. He has 24. Try again - with someone else.
