Great book for the costumer. This book had not only family pictures of real people in the time period but gave some background about them.There were pictures of rooms as well as why we dress the way we do. The reasoning behind the structure and styling of that time and place. The painted pictures are very colorful.

FUN READ must have this book for your powder room
At our company Christmas Party,this was the most exchanged gift.
EVERY ONE WANTED THIS BOOK. I had no idea how funny and informative it was.
After it had been taken by a few of the party people, I got to look at it.I was fascinated by all the information and stupid facts it listed.Old laws,fact verses fiction,how an item was invented, who invented it. Just cool not important but important information.Things that make you go.... huh?...I LOVE this kind of information. Just tid bits of useless information that is fun to spout off at parties.Be sure to look in the margins of the pages. Little gems of trivia.
It is a heavy book so be careful where you place it in your potty.
It could fall in..Ha, Ha, Ha.
