I contact The Entertainer toy shop and they were so understanding and sent another within days. Was kept informed they whole time. They used DPD to deliver the 2nd one and a much better service was provided. Maybe use them from now on? Thank you all your help.

I find it’s how companies deal with problems that shows their true colours and the entertainer team excelled. I will always view and buy items from them until my children are grown, if only every company/seller had such quality customer service but credit to the Entertainer team.
